i need dumb bells. but i have no idea where to get it. even if i get it, i wont like use it occasionally. who have dumb bells please lend it to me. heh heh. i need to get some toning, and ALOT of cut fat. now i seriously belive what my mom said, there's only lazy women and no ugly women. okay whatever, my english is baddd.

okay, i have a new nationality added to my list. people not only think that i'm from china, they also have doubts about whether i'm from malaysia.
